My stay at Ocean Key Resort & Spa was pretty enjoyable overall. The staff greeted me with a lovely rum punch, and the central location made it easy to explore Key West. However, I did experience some noise from slamming doors and a late checkout request that was denied, which was a bit frustrating. Still, I'd definitely come back for the atmosphere and great service!

I had a mixed experience at Ocean Key Resort & Spa in Key West. While the location at the end of Duval Street was fantastic, and the views of the ocean were beautiful, the service varied greatly. The room was spacious, but the bathroom felt cramped and the mattress quite uncomfortable. Overall, I expected more for the price I paid, which was close to $4000 for four nights.

The bathroom setup was tight, with limited counter space and a jetted tub that took up too much space. Overall, I found the room not as functional as I had hoped.

Service was hit or miss. I encountered some employees like Emily at the front desk who were excellent, while others were dismal. The concierge, Charlie, provided excellent service, but I faced issues when housekeeping took my personal pillow without explanation, which was incredibly disappointing.

I absolutely loved my stay at Ocean Key Resort & Spa! The location is unbeatable, right at the end of Duval Street, making it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. My room was spacious and clean, with an amazing partial ocean view and a huge balcony. The pool area was stunning, and the attentive staff really made the experience special. However, I did hear some noise from the street in the mornings, which was a bit distracting. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, and I would definitely return, but I'd opt for a full oceanfront room next time.
